Purim is the holiday of saving Jews from the hands of enemies in the days of the Persian king Ahasuerus (Artaxerxes), a holiday of deliverance from the villain Haman, who planned to destroy the entire Jewish people. About 100 families living in Israel for no more than one year had the opportunity to get acquainted with the history of the holiday, plunge into the atmosphere of Jewish culture and music. Children, however, like adults, happily took part in fun contests and dances. And of course the holiday was finished with the distribution of sweet gifts.
